A lot of times when you think you are feeling hunger pangs, you are actually just feeling thirst pangs, so drinking plenty of cold water will help you feel better. Your body will burn more calories as a result, as your temperature tries to warm back up! 

 

After doing all of the above, you will begin to feel healthier. You will lose excess weight and become fit, just as nature intended. In addition to understanding dieting nutrition, you should also learn about fitness. Don’t forget about doing some exercise a few times a week. This doesn’t mean you have to take a trip to the gym. You can simply go for a 30 minute walk a day, or do some cycling. Any increase in physical activity you can do is a good thing.
