If you go camping, you will be away from the fridge and will therefore eat less food. It’s okay to take a meal consisting of lean meat with you on your trip. However, make sure the hiking you do is intensive.  

 

-If you can’t go on a hiking or camping trip, then you still need to do a lot of intense physical activity. Cutting down the calories alone won’t be enough for losing ten pounds within just a few days. However, you might be able to get away with moderate exercises if you go on a master cleanse or detox diet. These will help you with your drastic weight loss efforts.  

 

Just be aware of the fact that neither of the aforementioned strategies should be done for a long period of time. Also, don’t be surprised if you feel very fatigued after your four or five days are up. If you would like to increase your chances of success, you can combine either of these strategies with an appetite suppressant so that you won’t be tempted to eat extra calories. 

 

Just don’t forget that trying to lose ten pounds in less than a week is NOT an intelligent thing to do because a crash diet is not healthy at all. Such drastic weight loss efforts can be dangerous. Even if you do succeed, maintaining this type of weight loss is almost impossible. Most experts agree that you shouldn’t lose anymore than four pounds a week. Anything more than that will cause problems for your metabolism and possibly your health.
